How do I check the status of my order?
After placing your order you will see a order number on your invoice this number will also appear on your confirming e-mail .Once you have this number go to our order tracking page and enter the required information .

How do I get a free catalog?
Click on "Request Catalog" fill out the mailing information and you can expect to see your catalog in 2-5 days. You can also order by phone 1-800-514-1983  Please note : Our catalog supply is exhausted .Our new catalogs are due out in March as soon as these are ready , we will ship immediately .Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

I can't find the item that I usually use . Can you special order it for me?
Not all of the items we carry are in our catalog or on our website. We may actually stock the item your looking for ,if not we will try to find that particular item or maybe a similar item in a different brand name. Please don't hesitate to ask we have access to a major suppliers inventory so chances are we can get it!
 
Can I pick my order up at your warehouse?
Sorry we only ship UPS and do not have a customer counter.
 
Can you give me a quote on a volume order?
Yes ,Just tell us the items and quantity your looking and we'll gladly quote it out for you. 
 
Do you accept Po's
On approved accounts we accept Po's are terms are 30 days net. Call 1-877-877-881-6170 for a credit application. Please allow  2-3 business days for approval 
 
What if I need a sample?
